Toyah leads Roleplay Solutions with a formidable dual perspective gained from 30 years in the corporate boardroom and on the sets of the BBC and ITV. Before founding RPS, she spent 25 years in high-level management, overseeing portfolios of 40+ titles and securing £7M+ contracts for iconic brands like Harrods. This deep commercial grit, combined with her extensive performance background, allows her to eliminate the "unrealism" of traditional training. Toyah specialises in designing high-fidelity, "Empathy in Action" simulations for elite medical schools and international law firms, ensuring every scenario is grounded in the reality of high-stakes communication.
Austin Louys — Managing Director & Co-Owner
Austin governs the commercial operations and financial strategy for RPS, serving as the lead for our Law, Army, and Police divisions. With extensive experience in coordinating large-scale simulation events—notably managing complex training days for King’s College London—Austin ensures operational excellence across every project. His expertise in stakeholder management and project delivery allows RPS to provide seamless, impactful experiences for high-stakes professional environments. He is instrumental in maintaining the robust infrastructure that supports our global consultancy from our international base.
Paul Sloss — Content Director & Lead Facilitator
Paul is responsible for designing our bespoke training programmes and facilitating high-impact training days for a diverse global client base. A seasoned professional with 30 years of experience across TV, Film, and Theatre, Paul has operated in corporate roleplay since 2014 for prestigious organisations such as GSK and the NHS. He specialises in complex communication simulations and creating bespoke curricula across leadership and Health & Safety. Paul’s unique ability to blend multimedia presentation with deep facilitation ensures that RPS content remains at the forefront of the industry.
